About Me

Everyone has a grandmother. A Na-Na, a Mi-Mi, G-ma, Gran-MawMaw, a Pocky, and even a Mamaw. As girls growing up, our creativity was highly influenced by our Mamaw. So all the things we create, obsess over, construct, or do comes from her. Hope you enjoy looking as much as we like doing. This blog is a combined creation of us as sisters, with our Mamaw's Influence.

Santa-tizer

My 13 year old daughter wanted to make "goodie bags" for her teacher(s). We bought little plastic buckets and filled them with things that teachers would/could use.  The fun part about it was the way we decorated the hand sanatizer. I found the idea on Pintrest, of course.  ;o)  I never found any how-to's, but the picture I found was inspiration enough.
we used 2 oz bottles ( about 3" tall)
I printed the attached card from our computer. It read, "Ho-Ho-Hope you enjoy your hand Santa-tizer"

The red coat is cut out of felt and hot glued to fit the bottle. The belt is a 1/2" wide strip of rough, black scrapbooking paper. The belt loop is 2 slits cut in the back. The gold buckle is a square cut from gold scrapbook paper. And the buttons are Shapie marker dots.
They can be taken off and re-used during the season.

The rest of the bucket was filled with teacher's goodies:

Pencil's, highlighters, glue pen,
tape, pens, claw clamps, and candy.

Composition book, note pad, staples, sticky notes,
 and the Santa-tizer.

All packaged up an ready to give.

Here's another close-up of the
Santa-tizer...
