Popcorn cupcakes

Start with a cupcake



Make a cardstock sleeve for the cupacke.

I bought the Popcorn containers from a
craft store and cut them in half.
Wedged the piece between cupcake
and sleeve.



Add icing to the top of the cupcake
 to hold the "popcorn".




Here's the 'popcorn' secret...take small marshmellows and twist.
Don't pull it apart, just twist in the middle.
I also mixed yellow food coloring and water in a
small spray bottle. Spritzed the twisted marshmellows.
Voila' ... "popcorn"!!
